JUST OPEN NEW SALON BEEN TWO DAYS OPENED BEEN OPERATING BEDS MANUALLY, GOT MY T-MAX MANAGER TRIED TO HOOK IT UP DIDNT WORK,SO I CALLED TECH AT ADI THEY TOLD ME I HAD A BAD UNIT SO I CONTACTED MY DISTRIBUTER AND HE SENT ME ANOTHER ONE, OK SO I WAIT TIL END OF THE DAY TO HOOK IT UP,GOT IT GOING RECONIZES THE BEDS THEN I HOOKED IT UP TO MY COMP RAN ADNET SOFTWARE THE THE #####THING WENT BLANK IS IT JUST ME OR AM I DOING SOMETHING WRONG CANT POSSIBLY GET TWO BAD MANAGERS IN A ROW
THE MANAGER WORKED GOOD TIL I RAN THE SOFTWARE TRIED RESETING IT BUT NOTHING,LIKE IT WIPED OUT EVRYTHING IF ANY BODY CAN I WOULD APPRECIATE IT BEEN ON THIS FOR THREE DAYSAND IS THERE A DIFFERANT MANAGER THAT I CAN PURCHASE THANKS ![]() |

You need to call Kevin at ADI and talk to him. He'll help you resolve it. Also, please don't type in all caps. It's very hard to read, especially for an old person like me.

Your running JUST ADNet or are you running it with something else. The two, for whatever reason, I was told should not be ran together.

ADNET has two functions
#1) Can run the beds by computer without any tanning software. Very few use this function. #2) To run diagnostics, update values, and verify connection to your computer of the Manager. Most common use of the program. You use one or the other, TANNING SOFTWARE (Helios, TanTrack, SunTouch, etc) OR ADNET at any given time, not both. To put it another way, Tanning software REPLACES the use of ADNET.

Are you up and functioning now ?
I see from your post that you must have spoken to ADI and updated the COM setting. Did this fix the problem ? If not, what else did you do ? Helps to have this info for others in the future.

i called kevin to ask him what was going on with my t-max he told me to send it to him so he could figure out what happened i overnighted it to him on monday it is now saturday been open for a week been a pain in the rear havent heard nothing from him yet. still running room to room to set timers its taken three of us just to keep up,hope i hear something soonbeen manually putting the time in the computer,good opening though
so when i get my tmax back (soon i hope) do i have to run adnet thing was reading the beds only have 30 days on software supportits been 10 hope he figures it out soon or can i just get rid of it and use my tantrack and thanks for the help |

Normal operation is Salon Software ( read TanTrack from your previous postings) controls T-Max Manager automatically, ADNET not required, and SHOULD NOT BE RUNNING!.
There should be settings in your TanTrack software to set the COM port, or USB port, with newer versions. Never seen the software, couldn't tell ya from beans about it. I've had a spare Manager PRO sitting on my shelf for the past 7 or 8 years, it's just one of those things you do NOT want to do without. (As you are now noticing.) I've seen 'em on E-Bay, and here many times. figure around $250, cheap insurance. CLICK HERE FOR T_MAX MANAGER
