I use a Tmax wirless sytem for all my beds. About a month ago, I added 1 new Eurgoline bed to my salon and system. The bed is brand new, and has been programmed to also be on the wirless system. About a week, after the bed was added, I have been getting an error code, on the master Tmax control unit, an error code, E7 N. It only seems to happen, when someone is tanning. The erro code comes and goes at different times, and of course, so does the beeping on the main unit, which drives the girls crazy
![]() Just today however, the Tmax unit stopped beeping, and works completly manually, even though it is still hooked up to the timer system, and I have changed nothing. Usually, when the bed is hooked up to the wirless sytem, it locks out the bed controls, on the bed. I have switched out the wirless unit, with a different bed, so its not, the indivitual wirless unit in the room. You still can put someone in the room, on the computer sytem, and it counts down the time, but time is not sent to the bed, it lets you put it in manual on the bed? Any idea's what is wrong, or why that bed changed, and how we can get it working properly on the wirless sytem? Thanks |

Hi, Thanks for getting back with me. Yes, I actually did get it working. I couldn't stand the non-stop beeping, so I had to correct the problem. The wirless unit which was hooked to the MAIN Tmax control box on the wall, was causing it, which is weird, since it controls or goes to all the beds. So, you would think, it would buzz while using all the beds, not just while using #9. I replaced the main control unit, wirless unit, and now it is working properly, but thanks for trying to help.

Signal was may have been too weak from that bed. new wireless transmitter is picking it up better.
Although... you implied that it worked for a week or so without problems when you first hooked it up too. So you won't really know for a few weeks. If you do have a problem again, make note of the location of the transmitter for that room. That makes a difference too. |

I believe you, but that's odd, that the signal would be too weak from that room. It happens to be the room, nearest the main control unit. So, you would think it would have the best signal or connection. I am just trying to learn this, I have just gone totally wirless like 4 months ago, and love it. The only problems I have had is, the White AP-900 wirless units, are sooo fragile. You bump them, drop them, and they do not work ever again.
I have gone though a couple of them. You mentioned the bed signal may be weak. Where or what determines the signal from the bed? The AP900 wirless unit for that bed, the bed itself? The bed is brand new, and the last one we had installed or added to the system, but the nearest room to the main control unit. Curtis |

I forgot to say, the AP900 wirless unit in that room, plugs directly into the bed, in that room. No wall timer is needed. I also have 5 other simular beds, which are hooked up like that, and they work fine

Should have worked fine then. But it didn't, so there was something causing it to drop that bed. I had a similar problem a couple years ago and ended up just plugging one room into another and it's worked fine ever since.
