That's why I posted the nameplate. I don't have a pic right now. It is a three lamp version of the 4000. The unit includes a chair. The unit is dark gray. Unit is single phase.

A dryer is 30 amp single phase. That will run a 30 something lamp VLR bed with facials.

and i would be taking out a sunvision that is on a 20 amp, so that would be 50, how many amps would a gas dryer take? is it 110 or 220? perhaps i could get a decent bed in there if a new gas dryer is easy on amps?

Have you electrician come by and do a load test. He may leave it on there for a few days, that will give you better accuracy.

Gas dryers use a 110v outlet. It should run about 7-10 amps.

That would be 16 picoamps or 16pA. Nice conservation.

Despite some of the negative comments on the sunboards...they still are a wow bed for sure. what did they do to the "plus" compared to the original one? stronger facials? When i put my remodeled salon together 4 years ago i was looking to add the sunboard,,,then it was nearly 40k . Is there a 3rd upgraded one now? Seems the original which should'nt be sold goes for 5k and the plus for 7k eh? Think it would still wow the clients and should be positioned well in the salon for all to see when its not in use.
