You dont have enough for shipping beds since you saved all that money by getting this place so cheap? I thought you said you had like $150k? See if you can get some extra cash so you can ship better beds than what you are looking at.

I just used R & L carriers to ship three bed across the country for only $700 they seemed very reasonable If you like the bed, don't let shiping stop you.

I know you dont want to spend all of the money, but like Cassodo said, spend the money on the beds you want and get them shipped. If you limit yourself to what is for sale right around you, you will end up with more junk than good stuff.
