Atlanta salon for sale!!!

Yet another salon for sale! I need to sell my tanning salon in Marietta, Georgia. It is in a great location right at an intersection and between 2 hight schools. The only reason I am selling it is because I am getting a divorce and really must sell it.

I just set up a portable spray tanning room and have never even usd it yet, it's nothing fancy, actually the salon is small and friendly. It is turnkey ready. I am not intrested in selling it in peices at this time only as a whole. Since I haven't been there as much (I had to get another job) business hasn't been as good as in the past but it just needs a new owner that has some frest ideas. It has always been the salon of choice in the area.

I have 6 beds in addition to the spray room with the following beds:
2 Starpower 548's, I believe one is a 2002, the other beds are 2003's
1 Solaris 442
1 Sundome 448
2 SunStars 332 w/facials

The computer is a little older and the only thing on it is SunEaze, it as on there when I bought the salon and I haven't really had the need to change it.

The Lease is up in September and will need to be renegotiated with the landlord. I have to get what I still owe out of it which is $50K, this is a great deal and the price is NOT negotiable. With some fresh ideas and someone that has a little more time to put into it it would be great! It has been a lot of fun and I will miss it but I must sell it ASAP!!!!
