|  Tanning Salon for Sale - Mayfield Village OH We must sell due the other business obligations (not enough hours in the day). We own another business and I received an offer I cannot refuse from the day job and will now be traveling 4 out of 5 days. We have 7 beds and 1 SunCapsule. Salon has been in business 20+ years - we have owned for 3 1/2 years. Need to sell ASAP and are willing to negotiate price. Have just gotten landlord to agree to a month-to-month lease so you would be able to negotiate your own new lease. The location is a busy intersection with 2 restaurants and a CVS in same strip.
