Is this the error code that is NOT in the Manuel?
Off the top if my head the only fix was the main circuit board that goes for about $1,000.00. This is off the top of my head but we had an error code that was not listed in the book and there was no other fix for it from tech support. I don't have the book near me but I think it was the Error 01. |

Have you called Jason from KBL America? He will know off the top of his head.
Here is the manual for the newer version: http://www.kblamerica.com/images/tec...s%20Manual.pdf

Ok, E01 is the Emergency Stop being pressed. So it is a different error code then I thought.
I would check the connector to the customer control panel. Could be loose or bad connection. Might need a new control panel as there is not much else unless there is a relay. If you unplug this connector will the bed run? |
