Liar, good comeback Alan. I corresponded with one of your moderators first, about my problems here, who advised me to pm you directly, which I did on several occasions. If you did not receive them, that was the whole issue of what I am bitching about.

Now it is amazing how my concerns have suddenly allowed me to post with no issues. Why is that? And what does the name Paula have to do with anything? Because I have a different name on a different tanning forum? Do you investigate all of your "MEMBERS" the same?

Pretty pathetic that you have so much time to investigate, instead of manage!

Now if your message didn't go through for whatever reason....why not post a thread asking for help or PM me back and tell me that Alan hasn't gotten back to you for whatever reason and let others help you out.

You have still yet to ask your question that you need help with. You have obviously posted since then as i've seen you post, Your problem was logging in....it would boot you out for some reason....so logging in wasn't an issue and you've obviously figured out the mistake. It's not by miracle that it fixed itself if it wasn't addressed.

You emailed me so nicely offering information....then you come on like this and STILL have yet to voice your concerns with the site other than logging in which you have no problem doing as we can see.

What would you like to know? My whole issue was, and still is, that I have no problem logging onto the site, but once I am here, I can type a reply just fine, but when I post a reply in works about 1% of the time. This is after following the directions to re-log on, refresh, then my info is gone, and I start again. All of this also has been sent to Alan, successfully, or so it stated, numerous times.

And Din, and all, I like the information, and for the most part, the people. But when I can't even get a reply to messages I have sent, then it gets to be not worth my efforts. I have valuable info about the tanning industry, which I try to share, but if I can't share it here, without problem after problem, I'll share it elsewhere!

Maybe you shoul take a look into your browser settings, Maybe you have your security settings too high where it is rejecting cookies.

You need the cookie to log in automatically. Without a cookie, the site tends to log you out.

I know because it does this when I use my laptop. By the time I typed the reply it would have me logged out and I would have to log back in.

Alan, I think the site is great... I hope you can continue to find sponsors to keep it going strong.

The fact of the matter is I RESPOND TO EVERY SINGLE EMAIL SENT TO ME. You do not have to have some special powers to get me to respond to you as you stated elsewhere. The issue you JUST NOW described, since I have not received an email from you that has not been replied to, obviously is related to YOUR internet service, browser, firewall, etc and not related to TanToday or others would have the same problem.

So instead of complaining on other sites, as you did, just post your beef here and it will be seen. The fact that I allowed you to slam me on MY site should speak volumes as to how THIS MANAGEMENT DOES NOT SUCK.

If you want to rephrase your original post I will try to show you some mutual respect. Now if you want to start some other threads on other boards attacking me not responding to an email I never received then maybe I will stop being myself and start acting like other site owners that you claim you come here to avoid.

Alan, if you can't handle the fact that you're not GOD, and that the systems with which human's design have flaws, that is your issue. Call me a liar, tell me I'm stupid, my browser is somehow "improperly set", whatever you want to say, the fact of the matter is that I can post on any site available to my computer, millions, and your site happens to not work all the time. If you didn't receive my pm's, doesn't that tell you there is a problem? Maybe some others can't get through as well, and just don't know how to get your attention. If an appology is what you really want, then I'm sorry. But don't brush me away like I am some insignificant person. I've learned more about this industry in 1 year from these sites, than most people would even attempt to do. I have a particuliar "letter" I was hoping to submit to staff of tanning forums hoping for their support in sending it to the correct people for stating our case.

From all that I have seen from the reps of our industry, take the common sense approach, and logic, to the people who get the word out, and stated "correctly", the media.

Remember people, never argue with anyone dumber than you or people watching won't know the difference.

Some things just aren't worth arguing over.

People get bugs and nothing you say is going to make them stop ranting. Especially when they are the type to gossip about it to other people. Going to another board to rant, regardless of what site, is very unprofessional and speaks volumes about the person writing the post.

The bible states clearly the procedure for problem solving with anther person.

1. Go directly to the person
2. If that doesn't resolve things, then go to the person with 2 or 3 others
3. If that doesn't resolve things, give it to God to handle.

It doesn't say anything about going to other people and spreading gossip. In fact God abhors gossip and it is a sin.

Let him/her go about his/her business and quit feeding him/her ammunition. He/She is never going to see it the way she should.
