| Highline Capital, with almost 30 years of experience, is the premier leasing company working in the Tanning Industry today. Highline is DEEPLY committed to the industry, allocating over $10 million in funding for the upcoming year. Our own "Sunsally" (Ann Wiggins Noe) is their representative. Highline Capital is a Direct Leasing Company. No brokers. That means your credit is run just one time, and a decision is made within hours. No "shopping" you around to multiple lenders and seeing your credit score decline as a result. It also means you will not find ANY lease company offering lower rates or payments - period! Guaranteed. Highline Capital is able to lease ANY amount for new equipment purchases. For those customers interested in less than $100K, this is as simple as going to www.highlinecapital.com and fill out the on-line application. No tax returns, bank statements or business plans needed. Highline Capital currently offers three programs for customers - Smooth Sailing to Success, Seasonal Swing to Success and Step Up to Success. Pick the plan that is right for you, whether that is lowered initial payments to get your doors open, lower payments during the slow season to help your cash flow, or even payments throughout. Besides leasing, Highline Capital does come into used equipment on occasion. Unlike most "repo" equipment, all Highline equipment has been disassembled and picked up by trained tanning industry service technicians, carefully warehoused, and is available to be delivered and installed and/or packaged for shipping by those same service techs. In addition, we are able to offer leasing on this equipment, as well as some limited, newer "certified used" equipment. Ann Wiggins Noe comes to Highline bringing with her the experience of being a salon owner as well as experience in both consulting with salons as well as equipment sales. She believes strongly - "YOUR success is MY success". Ann works with vendors and clients to make sure the leasing part of the equation goes well, but also to make sure all the other aspects of opening your salon and bringing in new equipment is a smooth transition! All welcomes your calls and questions about leasing and will happily tell you if Highline is the "right" answer for you - and help direct you otherwise if it isn't! EZ_Jim.... you gotta expand our 2001 sig tags by 37.34% and save-as to Brian's album. These new 2007 ones cheated the size. Never mind.... our old ones are actually classic "refined" art. The loud new ones are too "modern" artsy. __________________ ![]() ......................Flashback 2001........................ "One of the 'ORIGINAL' TanToday Gang" |

I've always been here of course, but it is nice to have Highline backing the site as a sponsor and give me a little more opportunity to talk about leasing and Highline for those thinking about leasing. Now -- if someone REALLY loved me....maybe they would make me a "new school" sponsor tag -- with an "old school" throwback feel.... ![]() |

It's nice to work with a lender who isn't there just to chew you up 1 time and forget about you. Highline has proven that they are one of the good guys! TonyG, hot RedHead who? I do not think they ever had one of those working for them or under them. Did they? Back to topic - Highline is a Sponsor. If you need loot for equipment or to buy used beds that are slightly repoed, I mean used, make them an offer and save yourself alot of loot! __________________ Alan"America is too great for small dreams" - Ronald Reagan |

| Rookie Join Date: Dec 2005 Location: Los Angeles Posts: 48 | So who do you think the others are, Alan? I would REALLY like to know because we have been looking for a good leasing compnany to build a partnership with for quite a while. So far we have not been altogether impressed with the way our clients have been treated or the rates they have been offered. On a daily basis, at least 60% of our customers just end up going to their banks or taking out equity from their homes to pay for their equipment because they feel they are about to get screwed on rates. If anyone out there can make a recommendation for a leasing company that works fast, offer good rates and get back to the vendor and customer in a timely fashion without having to be chased for answers, I would be delighted (and so would all of our customers). Oh, I think TonyG was talking about Terri Franssen. We did a few deals with her a couple of years ago. I think she brought tanning financing to Highline Capital. She had a lot of experience. Not one. True story - this week a client came in through a vendor referral. Was TOLD she had outstanding credit and was getting 11% lease financing. From a well-known and often used vendor in our industry that does NOT have a horrible reputation (e.g not the "T" company )When she got her payments, she THOUGHT they seemed high. Took them to her accountant, he ran the numbers. The BEST he could come up with -- 37%. When I ran them, it was really 42%. Bottom line -- she DID have outstanding credit. Highline DID approve her. The other company was only able to get her $50K in two $25K leases. We got her $100K. And apples to apples - for the same payment she would have paid on $50K in equipment -- we would have leased $80K. Or looking at it the other way -- her payment was just over half what it would have been. If you have GOOD credit - Highline is your only choice. If we can't approve you, I have a few vendors I recommend that might be a good second choice. But yes - if someone is trying to do that to you -- you should pay cash, find bank money or put the project on hold. And don't believe what everyone tells you - run your numbers yourself before you sign anything! |

| Leasing VP Join Date: Jan 2005 Location: Ohio Posts: 1,926 | Highline Capital invested over $10M into the tanning industry last year and is committed to do the same or more this season. I was hired by Highline because of my expertise in the tanning industry - not leasing. I own a salon, have sold both new and used equipment and do consulting. When you lease with Highline, not only do you get the best rates, but you get an additional "partner" to help you be successful. Face it -- if YOU fail -- ultimately Highline suffers too! I have helped our leasing clients with everything from their pricing structure to getting through the red tape of getting electrical service to their building! I secured UPC codes for all the lotion products for a client needing them for her Helios set-up. I did some trouble shooting on a Mystic that wouldn't communicate. Gave tips for a landlord negotiation. And so on. I also work very closely with our vendors to make sure there is a smooth and speedy transition from the time their client applies for a lease, is approved, gets their documents, gets their equipment, coordinates the final inspection, and get the vendor paid!! In short - when you lease through Highline, I can't guarantee your salon will be successful - but I CAN guarantee you will be in the best FINANCIAL position to make that possible and with the best possible SUPPORT to make that possible! If you are even THINKING about adding new equipment this season - call me first. We can talk about your situation, discuss our approval guidelines, give you a little idea about likely payments --- all before you "sign" anything or have your credit run! If it makes sense for you -- we'll go forward. No strings, no smoke & mirrors, no bait & switch. Knowledge -- Integrity -- Service -- Results Those are the cornerstones of what Highline Capital - and myself - offer to our tanning partners.
