Thank you dsuriff. A point I was just trying to make to another member here. Character and integrity is something I put a high value on. I may completely disagree with another point of view but you can attack the argument without attacking the person, and you can do it in a decent way.

I vote for Kathe too.
She is knowledgable, always encouraging, but states her point without targeting & demeaning another.
Takes great strength to do those things in many situations.
